At Solotech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new electronics do not meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Solotech account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
